The Candlelight Tour of Homes is a tour of participating historic properties within Fort Oglethorpe's Historic District.  These historic structures are all original to Fort Oglethorpe Post, most located on Barnhardt Circle, the Officer's Row of Fort Oglethorpe Post.  All of these buildings are historically significant and played a vital role during the post's years of operation.

The purpose of the annual tour is to:

  • Bring awareness of the historical significance of Fort Oglethorpe Post and its structures that remain

  • Raise proceeds for the Post Community Association.  The Tour is the PCA's biggest fundraiser, generating revenue critical for the organization's day-to-day operation

  • Bring members of our community and surrounding communities to Fort Oglethorpe's Historic District
